Course Description
This course covers the successful techniques and practices in the management of income property including acquisition, analysis, legal considerations, marketing techniques, maintenance, records and insurance. This course summarizes information required for the State of California real estate license examinations; however, considerable outside study for the state exam may be required. This course also applies towards the educational requirements of the California Real Estate Broker’s license examination and can also be applied as an elective for the Real Estate Salesperson's license requirements.
