Course Description
This course focuses on the study, rehearsal and public performance of percussion ensemble literature ranging from classical transcriptions to contemporary jazz and music from cultures around the world. Rehearsals focus on individual preparation of assigned repertoire, group cohesiveness and interpretation. Non-music majors are welcome.
