KINS 7.26: Studio Cycling

Course Description

This course provides students with the opportunity to gain muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance through stationary cycling. The workouts are performed on a studio spinning bike designed to improve aerobic and anaerobic fitness through interval training and steady state training. Benefits include improved cycling mechanics and efficiency, body awareness, injury prevention, stress reduction and increased self-confidence.
