Course Description
The course introduces the tools and techniques necessary for drafting, sketching, drawing, and rendering for interior spaces. Students have an opportunity to draw plans, elevations, one point and two point perspectives using detailed methodology. Instructors emphasize lettering, measuring techniques, scale problems, use of architectural graphic standards, and techniques for drawing two and three dimensional views of interiors and furnishings. There is a focus on use of appropriate drawing methods and media for phases of the interior design process including conceptualization.
