Course Description
This course continues the instruction in cross-cultural skills for immigrants and their families begun in NCEL 110A. Lessons include vocabulary, concepts, and authentic task-based activities related to daily survival skills, and civic operations such as the post office, hospital, and bank. Students have the opportunity to further improve their cultural adaptation to the new cultural environment.
