Course Description
Honors Modern Fiction uses the pedagogical methods common to all Honors courses: interdisciplinary, writing-intensive, collaborative, and experiential instruction. Course content makes connection through a common theme with other courses offered within the specified transdisciplinary unit. This course focuses on reading and analyzing fiction from the Modern Period (1895- 1945). It also covers Pre-modern literary movements and Postmodern texts.
